Vespa Primavera DRT Vespa Primavera DRT flywheel side bearing reduction bushing

Flywheel side crankshaft bearingreducer bushing for Vespa Primavera/Super/SL type crankcase, milled for lubrication.

You can replace the NU204 roller bearing (20x47x14) with the PK needle roller bearing 60014863 (25x38x15). Dimensions 25x47x14.

Assembly instructions:

Thoroughly degrease the inside of the bushing and the outside of the bearing, apply a thin layer of Loctite 601 on the outside of the bearing. Heat the bushing to 30/35 degrees maximum and insert the bearing with determination. Once the bearing has been inserted in the bushing, proceed to mount it in the crankcase by heating it to 95/100 degrees. Be very careful to align the grease milling with the lubrication hole in the crankcase.
