Description

Bidalot RF80WR 80ccc.44,9 crank 90mm for Derbi Euro 2.

Cylinder modified by defining new transfer and exhaust cores, adapted to its 80cc displacement.
These cores have been studied to provide a very high performance at high revs, without penalizing, torque and power at medium revs.

The water passages, surrounding the charge transfer and exhaust, have been improved with constant thicknesses to guarantee stability and to obtain an optimized cooling.

This cylinder is designed to be equipped with the reference crankshaft 12100886 44.9mm stroke, 90mm connecting rod.

The exhaust nipple included in the kit with the factory Racing exhausts is a 4 bolt nipple, however, it is possible to fit a 2 bolt nipple with a 50mm bolt spacing.

Features

  • Distribution heights and compression ratios suitable for racing use (±193° exhaust, ±132° transfers, for a volumetric ratio of 15.8-16.0/1)
  • Requires fitting of all Racing components to get the most out of it, 80/90cc exhaust, 28 / 32mm carburettor intake, Reed Valve VForce3 reed box and Bidalot WR rotor.
  • The extreme degree of performance also requires excellent mechanical knowledge for tuning and maintenance.

Mounting instructions

attention! The assembly of the DERBI E3 crankshaft in a DERBI E2 crankcase requires the use of an electric water pump.
