Malossi has made several improvements to the power curve and most importantly increased the RPM limit up to 15,000. The Digitronic CDI manages the ignition advance and the SAS valve.

Ignition advance mapping
The ignition advance is managed by a three-dimensional map by linear interpolation, containing 16 parameterization points for rpms and 8 parameterization points for engine temperature.

SAS valve performance map
The secondary intake valve in the injection body allows the engine management to compensate for the thermal nonlinearity of a carburetor-fed engine.
The SAS (Secondary Air Source) valve is managed by the ECU through a linear interpolation operating map containing 16 parameterization points for RPMs and 8 for engine temperature.
The SAS valve reduces emissions and optimizes engine performance for all operating conditions.
Plug & play, compatible with original sensors and actuators.
Calibrations and fine-tuned plans allow to obtain a concrete increase of engine performance.
