Description
Stage 6 Racing MK II 70cc d.12mm Stage 6cylinder for Minarelli Horizontal LC.
Manufactured with high strength hard chrome inner liner, 6 load transfers improves cylinder filling.
The piston is domed, with a 0.8mm thick piston ring, to optimise performance and improve heat dissipation.
The cylinder delivers about 17 / 19 hp, without additional modifications and in combination with the corresponding components. There is enough material for further modifications to bring the cylinder to more than 20 hp.
We recommend fitting a Voca reinforced crankshaft VCR-RD70166.HQ, Malossi variator ref. 517075a Voca Road Race exhaust VCR-RD43166aP30CB21.BLACK.
Kit includes
- Aluminium cylinder, bore 47,6 mm
- 1 ring piston with 12 mm piston pin
- One-piece cylinder head
- Gasket set
The ideal squish should be between 0.75 and 0.85. The cylinder should be run for approx. 300 km with 1:33 mixture to improve robustness and service life.
caution: The temperature sensor including thread must not be longer than 18 mm, otherwise it may knock against the cylinder head.
