This cylinder is the result of years of Stage6 development and dynamometer testing, with a displacement of 100cc (52mm bore / 47mm stroke / 100mm connecting rod), the power of this 100cc Stage6 R/T FL cylinder is definitely out of this world.

The power of this 100cc Stage6 R/T FL cylinder is definitely out of this world, the out of the box performance is already huge at over 37hp, but as usual the Stage6 R/T tuning professionals have left enough space and material in the cylinder for more ambitious tuners to make even more power with modifications.

The kit is designed for use with a crankcase set-up such as 2Fast Passion, Malossi C-One, Malossi RC-One, Polini P.R.E. and factory TPR. This combination of high-end engine parts and matching casing will allow new records to be set and limits to be tested and pushed;

If you fit it together with the right parts(Stage6 R/T digital internal rotor ignition, Stage6 R/T oversized CVT kit, 34mm PWK carburettor, V-Force type reed box and a longer transmission) you can expect over 40hp at the rear wheel.

The kit includes:

• FL aluminium cylinder with high strength Nikasil coated Nikasil coated 6 transfer and tabbed exhaust.
• 52mm piston with 14mm piston pin and 1 segment (1mm thick).
• Aluminium cylinder head, modular with orange anodised combustion chamber.
• Exhaust flange fixed with 4 screws.
• Gaskets and screws required for assembly.

Attention: Not compatible with the original crankcase, only for Malossi C-One or RC-One.
