Pneumatic adjustable exhaust valve for d.54mm cylinders or oversized cylinders Rotax 122 Italkit engine

This valve works by exhaust gas pressure, and thanks to its regulation it can be configured for progressive opening from 6000 rpm to 8500rpm depending on the desired configuration of the engine.

The valve opening start can be set between 9 different positions .

The positions are numbered, with 1 being the softest position, and 9 the hardest position. The harder the position, the more RPM the valve opening will take place.

To install it on Aprilia Rotax cylinders (which use an electronically actuated valve by cable) it is necessary to drill with a 4,5mm drill bit the base of the valve seat, up to the bottom of the exhaust port.

To perform this operation, the gasket included in the kit can be used as a template. Highly recommended for those looking to improve the feel of the engine and the response in low and mid-range.
