To choose the right size you have to measure the circumference (diameter) of the head.

• Take the measurement of the circumference of the head, +/- 2cm above the eyebrows.
• If in doubt, choose the larger size.
• When you have it at home, check that it fits you well and that it does not move without fastening. If it dangles or is too tight change it for another size.
