 After months of development in circuits and dyno, the manufacturer VOCA has developed the VOCA BigBore 100cc cylinder for Yamaha DT that you can already buy in Motoscoot.

It is a Aluminum cylinder with Chrome/Níchel coating of the best quality designed to get the maximum performance to our engine. Manufactured with 5 load transfers and a exhaust port partitioned.

It is supplied together with a Cromo/Nickel.

It is supplied with a Vertex single piston segment measuring 53.95mm.

The VOCA BigBore cylinder must be assembled with a stroke 43mm crankshaft and 85mm connecting rod. ¡Thanks to its diameter and stroke it achieves a displacement of 100cc!

¡4 key points of whyé the cigüeñal VOCA HQ!

1. Unlike common 43mm stroke 43mm cranks with 84mm connecting rod, the Voca cigüeñal comes with an 85mm connecting rod that will hit first on common 54mm cylinder strokes.
2. Connecting rod with optimized upper diameter to allow the application of 12x17x16 mm needle roller bearings for use with 12 mm pistons and 14x17x17 mm for use with 14 mm pistons.
3. Faces enlarged to 77 mm instead of the original 75 mm to increase precompression in the cárter without the need to grind the cárter.
4. Perfectly counterbalanced with aluminum (upper) and bronze (lower) inserts for the use of heavier 54 mm pistons and to optimize maximum rotation.

The resistance is assured and it is capable of reaching up to 16,000 RPM.
