Rubber cushioned front sprockets have been widely used by major Japanese motorbike manufacturers since the early 1990's to cushion the impact of the chain on the front sprocket teeth. JT Sprockets have now launched these same sprockets into the aftermarket. JT Sprockets steel sprockets with rubber are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high carbon steel for the rear sprockets, and SCM420 chromoly steel alloy for the front sprockets.

Each JT Sprockets sprocket goes through 25 stages of production, passing through more than ten individual quality checks to successfully leave the production line. This sprocket model includes a rubberised surface to reduce noise.
