Yamaha Aerox / Neo's 4T 50 power up kit

Complete power up kit for Yamaha Aerox 50cc 4T and Yamaha Neo's 50cc 4T.

The kit is composed of a Turbokit GMax exhaust, Voca deslimed CDI, Voca unlimed muffler and Malossi Multivar 2000 variator.

Features of each component:

Exhaust Turbokit GMax

• The silencer is made of black anodized stainless steel and the collector is welded in stainless steel.
• The exhaust includes everything needed for mounting, brackets and screws.

CDI deslimed Voca:

• The low displacement 4-stroke engines by construction have very little power and are also limited by the CDI.
• With the Voca CDI you will get more RPM and top speed compared to the original CDI.

Voca air sleeve:

• When mounting the CDI without limitation VCR-RD10170 from the manufacturer Voca Racing it is recommended to mount this sleeve without limitation to increase the air flow and get the correct air/fuel mixture and therefore gain more power.
• The inner diameter of the hose is increased to 28mm at both ends.
• Recommendation: In the original air filter box there is also a restrictor, if you want to let even more air through, this restrictor must be removed.

Malossi Multivar 2000 Variator

• The engineers of the Malossi Multivar 2000, have achieved an excellent design, considerable improvement in acceleration and a slight increase in top speed, allowing a much faster response in recoveries.
• It is also manufactured with the best materials and offers excellent durability.
• It includes rollers of16x13 of 6 grams and includes a white spring.
