Warning! Damaged Package

  • The package must be checked at the time of delivery, in order to verify that the condition of the goods is correct, if there is any incident you must notify Motoscoot.net within 24 hours from the receipt of the package.
    Otherwise Motoscoot.net will not be responsible for any damage in the delivery of the order or lack of products in the package.

What is a return?

A return is a product that you do not want or do not need after you have received the order, and which is in perfect condition and can be sold again. If the product is defective, a guarantee must be processed , not a return.


How to make a return?


  

To ensure a smooth and efficient returns experience, we ask that you follow the steps below through your customer account on our website:

Login: Log in to your Motoscoot customer account with your email and password.

 

 

  Process a return: Once you have logged into your account, go to the "Returns" section. Here you will find a summary of your orders from the last 30 days.

 

 

Return form: Complete the entire return form providing us with the order number, product reference and reason for return.

 

 

Shipping and Confirmation: After processing your return, we will send you an email with further details on how to process the return shipment.

Returns in shop:

- For in-store returns, you must fill in the same return form and hand in the code with your parcel.
- Returns made on Fridays and Saturdays in shop will be processed on Mondays.

What is the refund period?

* The deadline for a return is 30 calendar days.

Who pays the shipping costs when handling a return?

* Shipping costs will be paid by the customer. We recommend sending by ordinary post.
* In the case of an incident, all costs will be borne by Motoscoot.net.

 

How do I get my money back?

Money on account:
* The total amount to be refunded will be charged in points on the website (Power Coins).

Exchange for another article:

- On the sheet to be filled in, you must put the references of the products requested (Otherwise, we will not make an exchange but a refund of the amount in the same method that you made the payment)
- Once we receive the products and they have been checked, an invoice will be generated with the money on account
- A new budget will be generated and the amount to be paid by the customer will be calculated (A change means that you must pay the shipping again).
- An email will be sent to the customer with the difference in price.
- Once confirmed, the shipment will be made and the return process will be completed.

Money refund:
* By default it will be refunded by the same system that was used to make the purchase. In the case of transfer or refund, you must indicate in the box on the sheet of paper the full account number, from the ES to the last digit, a total of 20 digits.

 

When will the refund be credited to me?

* If you paid by credit card, the credit will be credited to the same card you used to make the payment within 24/48 working hours (remember, if you paid by credit card, the bank will return it to you in credit)
* If you paid by Paypal, the money will be instantly credited to the Paypal account you used to make the payment.
* If you paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer, you will receive the payment within 3 to 10 working days, depending on the bank.

 

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Electrical items:
* Returns will only be accepted if the item is in perfect condition in the same packaging and unused (A wrong ignition e.g. yamaha ducati etc., type of anchor, different year etc.). If Motoscoot has doubts it will not be handled as a return, but as a guarantee. We will contact the customer before processing the return.

OUTLET items:
* Outlet items and reconditioned items sold by means other than directly on the Motoscoot.net website are exempt from warranty and any subsequent claim.

Items on order:
* An item on express order that is not available on the Motoscoot.net website is a non-rotating item. Therefore, to make the return you must take into account that, depending on the manufacturer, it may be subject to penalties or its return is not authorized.


Before making the return you should contact the after-sales service tolet you know if your item is subject to penalties or return restrictions.

*For cash on delivery orders that are not picked up, Motoscoot.net will not refund the Power Coins used in the order. In addition, the customer will not be able to use the cash on delivery option again.
*Power Coins spent on orders are not refunded when making a return.
*It is important that the product is completely well protected to avoid breakage during the return. Motoscoot will not be responsible for any damage caused during shipping. The customer will be contacted to evaluate the possible cost or cancellation of the return.
* Shipping costs will be paid by the customer. We recommend sending by regular mail.
*If the order has been paid by Paypal / Credit Card / Bank Transfer, and the customer does not collect / rejects it, the Power Coins generated in the order will be removed. The shipping fee will not be refunded, as Motoscoot.net has covered the cost of this service (5,90€ VAT included).
