Axial variator from the manufacturer Yasuni for Yamaha Xmax 125cc.

According to the manufacturer Yasuni,with the Axial variator the rider is the real master of the driving, the throttle controls are transferred directly to the wheel, thus achieving the best performance for the engine.

The construction of this variator is made from a CNC machined 6000 series aluminium body with a ceramic coating .

The manufacturer uses stainless steel for the ramp, in order to reduce friction, and has incorporated a unique and patented central fibre bushing: the B32.

the sliding masses are made of high-tech molybdenum plastic.
