Arrow was founded in 1985 by Giorgio Giannelli, a motocross rider who, after his success, began to develop exhaust systems and special parts for various off-road motorcycles together with Michel Rinaldi, MX world champion in 125cc. After some time, the first MX world title came with the Belgian Jobè in the 500 class and in a short time, to accompany the products and exhausts for 2T, a new line for 4T was developed and tested in the demanding Paris-Dakar even equipping the winning Honda bike of the race, ridden by Edi Oriol, in 1988.

In the 1990s, it was when Arrow gained recognition as one of the most important exhaust brands, after a history of success in competition.
