Warranty conditions

All Products sold by the Company enjoy the legal guarantee of conformity of three (3) years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.

This warranty covers any lack of conformity of the Product existing at the time of delivery, including manufacturing defects and damage caused during transport.

In case of non-conformity, the Customer has the right to choose between repair or replacement of the Product, unless one of these two options is objectively impossible or disproportionate.

When repair or replacement is not possible, the Customer may choose either an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract, with a refund of the price, without prejudice to the provisions of current consumer protection regulations.

All repairs, replacements or returns resulting from the exercise of the warranty will be free of charge for the consumer, including the necessary costs of shipping, transport, labor and materials.

The warranty period will be suspended while the product is being repaired or replaced, resuming once it is delivered to the consumer. If the product is replaced, the new product will inherit the remaining period of the original warranty.

Reporting Damage During Transport: To expedite the handling of any issues with the transport agency, the Customer is requested to note any visible and clear damage to the packaging on the carrier's delivery slip upon delivery. Additionally, any visible damage to the Product you must contact us using the contact form.
