Return policy
At Motoscoot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all the information about our returns process, deadlines, conditions, and refunds.
General conditions for returns
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, the Customer who has the status of consumer has an extended period of up to 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to make a return.
Refund exclusions
No returns will be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been unsealed, used, or show signs of tampering.
- Products made to order, according to customer specifications (e.g., spare parts or accessories, on-demand orders).
Return procedure
To process a return, the Customer must do so exclusively through the returns form.
Product shipping conditions
The product must be shipped in compliance with the following conditions:
- In the same original box in which it was delivered or, if that is not possible, in packaging that guarantees its protection during transport.
- In perfect condition, unused and untouched.
- The shipment must be made according to the explanation indicated on the returns form.
The shipping costs arising from the return are the responsibility of the Customer, who may freely choose whether to use our shipping service or send it by their own means.
Refund
Once the product has been received and its correct condition verified, Motoscoot will proceed to refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the Customer communicated their intention to return. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Motoscoot will not issue any refunds until the product is received and verified to be in perfect condition, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
