Harmonized notice - EU Legal Guarantee

In compliance with Directive (EU) 2024/825 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 February 2024, amending Directives (EU) 2019/771 and (EU) 2019/770 as regards empowering consumers for the green transition through better protection against unfair practices and through better information, and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 of 17 September 2025, the Harmonised Notice is published, noting that this EU legal conformity guarantee is independent of the minimum legal guarantee in Spain, which is 3 years.
