Cylinder 70cc for Piaggio 50 2-Stroke AC scooter engines from Top Performances.

This 70cc Top Performances cylinder kit for air-cooled Piaggio engines is made of high thermal-quality aluminum with a nickel-silicon galvanic coating on the liner. Its design is focused on achieving power and top speed, offering excellent heat dissipation compared with traditional cast-iron cylinders.

The cylinder porting features a bridged exhaust port at 190 degrees and transfer ports at 129 degrees, promoting very strong performance in the mid and high rev ranges. The single-ring piston with a 47.6 mm diameter helps reduce internal friction and allows the engine to rev more freely, making it a recommended component for medium-high level builds or track competition.

The kit includes an aluminum cylinder head with a combustion chamber and squish band designed to optimize mixture combustion. For correct operation and to avoid overheating failures, it is recommended to combine this assembly with a carburetor of at least 21 mm and a racing-range exhaust.
