This Polini Evolution front brake disc, Wave type, has been developed to provide a substantial improvement to your scooter's braking system. Made of high-strength steel, precision-cut by laser, heat-treated, and finished by CNC machining, this component guarantees excellent heat dissipation and optimum resistance under the demands of racing or sporty use.

Its wave design not only reduces unsprung weight, but also helps control material expansion when high temperatures are reached. This results in much more controllable braking, a consistent feel at the lever, and even wear of the brake pads, preventing system fatigue under maximum-demand conditions.

As this is a technical racing component, its installation requires prior modification of the original Piaggio wheel hub, machining 1 millimeter (+/- 0.1 mm) from the support surface to ensure correct centering of the disc with the included spacer.
