The front brake disc from the manufacturer Polini is an upgrade component developed to replace the original disc and significantly improve braking performance on the scooter. Manufactured under rigorous machining processes, this brake disc provides a more immediate response and greater modulation capacity in all types of riding, increasing active safety.

Its construction in AISI420 steel with laser cutting and subsequent heat treatment ensures optimum resistance to deformation and wear caused by constant friction. Thanks to its wave outer design and the distribution of its lightening holes, this disc from Polini promotes rapid heat dissipation, helping to control material expansion at high revolutions and elevated temperatures, which in turn helps prevent loss of feel during demanding braking.

By reducing unsprung weight on the front end, an improvement in the vehicle's handling and agility during changes of direction is noticeable. For correct bedding-in and to extend the service life of the component, it is recommended to install a new brake pad kit when fitting the disc.
