Complete exhaust Akrapovič Racing Line for Honda CB650R and CBR650R, manufactured in high-quality stainless steel with a handcrafted carbon fiber heat shield.

A complete racing-style system that reduces weight, improves engine response, and gives the motorcycle a deeper, sportier sound.

With a reduction of 4 kg compared to the original exhaust, this system achieves a weight reduction of 37.7%, contributing to a lighter and more agile motorcycle. Its underbelly-type design integrates with the lines of the Honda, and the carbon heat shield with honeycomb structure adds the characteristic racing finish of Akrapovič.

The exhaust development has also focused on improving throttle response and engine performance. According to measurements carried out by Akrapovič on its test bench, it offers an increase of 1.1 kW (1.5 hp) at 12,000 rpm and a gain of 2.3 Nm at 3,500 rpm compared to the original exhaust of a Honda CBR650R.

The system incorporates the catalytic converter in the headers and delivers a deeper, sportier sound while maintaining the functionality required for road use. It is a Euro 5+ exhaust with EC/ECE type approval, plug-and-play installation, and no need for ECU remapping.

It is also compatible with the E-Clutch versions, and the type-approval certificate is valid for the 35 kW versions. For the Honda CB650R, this exhaust is not compatible with the original lower engine spoiler from Honda.
