Pulley half of Variator Piaggio Medley 125 / Vespa 125/300 Polini

The original variator half-pulley acts as a cover and belt guide in the variator. With use, it wears down, causing the part to deform, become stepped, or break, which means the motorcycle starts to lose power, jerk, etc.

The Polini variator half-pulley is precision-machined to keep the belt in place and work together with the rest of the variator.

When fitting this Polini half-pulley to your Piaggio or Vespa scooter, the belt moves up and down evenly, slippage is reduced, and the variator works properly again.
