Kit CP 21mm Polini carburettor, manifold and air filter for Minarelli Horizontal.

When you start tuning the motorcycle, there comes a point where the original intake starts to become insufficient.

The kit consists of several products, including the well-known Polini CP Ø21 mm carburettor. With a larger diameter and by fitting the shorter intake manifold, they allow the engine to be supplied with a greater flow. This results in quicker throttle response, better engine filling, and a different power curve.

It is not simply a matter of fitting a larger carburettor. Polini brings together in one kit the CP 21 mm, the 360° rubber manifold, and a higher-flow air filter, so that the entire air intake works together to achieve superior performance.

The 360° manifold allows the carburettor to be oriented to find a suitable mounting position, while the higher-flow filter removes some of the restriction that the original system may generate.

Carburettor setup:

• Main jet: 100.
• Pilot jet: 40.
• Needle: 14/22.
• Valve: 24x30.
• Sprayer bushing: Ø2,7 mm.

The kit includes:

• Polini CP Ø21 mm carburettor.
• 360° rubber manifold.
• Higher-flow air filter.
• Starter.
• Throttle cable and starter.

Important: after installation, it is necessary to correctly adjust the carburation according to the cylinder, exhaust, and the rest of the installed components. The supplied setting is a starting point and may require modifications.
