The Stage6-R/T-Oversize-CVT system has become a key component in competition engines and midrace setups!

The main advantage is the wider range in the automatic transmission system and the technical features of each component in this kit. The Stage6-R/T variator is equipped with optimized 19x15.5mm roller guides that make the power curve more homogeneous, which significantly improves the entire acceleration phase. The R/T variator body is CNC machined, the ramp is additionally reinforced and the sintered pin guarantees optimal lubrication properties.

The oversized Stage6 R/T pulleys are different from the well-known steel pulleys, they are made of forged aluminium. It is a modular system in which the central part that guides the pulleys is screwed to the pulley, which can be replaced with guides of different degrees. During the manufacturing process, both parts of the pulleys are machined, ensuring super precise measurements and inclination. During development, Stage6 has optimized the surface roughness, which has a significant impact on acceleration and throttle response.

This feature ensures high durability, as the surface of the Stage6 pulleys is ceramic-coated. Other advantages of the modular system are the reduced heat generation, lower weight compared to current pulleys on the market, and the interchangeability of components in case of wear.
