Major Japanese motorcycle manufacturers have widely used rubber-cushioned front sprockets since the early 1990s to dampen the chain impact on the teeth of the front sprocket. JT Sprockets has now released these same sprockets to the aftermarket. JT Sprockets steel sprockets with rubber are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high-carbon steel for rear sprockets, and SCM420 chromoly steel alloy for front sprockets.

Each JT Sprockets sprocket goes through 25 production stages, passing more than ten individual quality checks to successfully leave the production line. This sprocket model includes a rubber surface to reduce noise.
