JT Sprockets steel sprockets are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high-carbon steel for rear sprockets, and SCM420 chromoly steel alloy for front sprockets.

Each JT Sprockets sprocket goes through 25 production stages, undergoing more than ten individual quality checks in order to successfully leave the production line.
