Malossi variator half-pulley for Piaggio Leader 125/150cc

Fan pulley, from the manufacturer Malossi for Piaggio/Leader 125 and 150cc engines.

It is a fixed half-pulley machined with diamond tools on the belt sliding surface and with a recalculated angle to increase the shift speed.

This component completes the Multivar and makes it unstoppable. Designed for the scooter variator range, it improves the working conditions of the transmission belt. It is not a simple accessory, but rather a very important part for the durability of all transmission components.

The temperature produced inside the crankcase where the variators with V-belts operate is, at certain times, excessive, and at some moments certain parts, such as the transmission belt and the variator rollers, suffer irreparable damage, and sometimes the rollers can reach their melting point.

Ventilvar, in addition to other advantages, has cooling capacity superior to the original, a result that makes it indispensable for safe and sporty riding.

It can be combined with both the Multivar variator and the original one.
