Flywheel side bearing reducing bush Vespa Primavera DRT

Reducing bush for the crankshaft bearing flywheel side, for Vespa Primavera/Super/SL type crankcase. Milled for lubrication.

You can replace the roller bearing NU204 (20x47x14) with the PK type needle bearing 60014863 (25x38x15). Dimensions 25x47x14.

Assembly instructions:

Thoroughly degrease the inside of the bush and the outside of the bearing, apply a thin layer of Loctite 601 to the outside of the bearing. Heat the bush to about 30/35º maximum and insert the bearing firmly. Once the bearing is inserted into the bush, proceed to mount it in the crankcase by heating it up to 95/100º. Pay close attention when aligning the lubrication milling with the lubrication hole in the crankcase.
