Malossi Multivar Variator Minarelli horizontal

Variator Malossi Multivar for Minarelli scooter engine.

From the manufacturer Malossi we receive the famous Variator MULTIVAR, known for being APPROVED and one of the best on the market.
It has been tested both on fully original motorcycles and on almost all types of setups. It offers excellent performance, and is one of the best variators for 50cc scooters such as the Yamaha Jog RR or the Yamaha Aerox.

With a good adjustment of the variator you will achieve a better response in acceleration and a slight increase in top speed. It allows for a much faster response in recovery.

It is valid for all models equipped with Minarelli Horizontal/Vertical engine.

The variator includes:

• Variator
• Ramp cover
• Set of 3 guides for multivar variator
• 6 rollers of 16x13mm at 7.00g
• Variator shaft (20x13x37mm)
• White contrast spring (Ø external 53.1x110 mm - Ø wire 3.6 mm - k 3.5)
• Spacer 
• Variator spacer stop 

VARIATOR SPACER STOP

When you need to pass the MOT, you only have to install the variator stop with ref. 0812673B and the variator will be approved.
To install the variator stop you should know that it includes two different sizes, one of 2mm and the other of 5mm.

• 2mm Multivar variator spacer for Minarelli models prior to the year 2000
• 5mm Multivar variator spacer for Minarelli models after the year 2000

ATTENTION The variator is only approved when it has the spacer stop installed.
