Adjustable pneumatic exhaust valve for d.54mm cylinders or oversized cylinders for Rotax 122 Italkit engine

This valve operates by exhaust gas pressure, and thanks to its adjustment, it can be set for progressive opening from 6000 rpm to 8500 rpm depending on the desired engine configuration.

It is possible to set the start of the valve opening among 9 different positions.

The positions are numbered, with 1 being the softest position, and 9 the hardest position. The greater the hardness, the valve opening will occur at higher RPM.

To install it on Aprilia Rotax cylinders (which use a valve electronically operated by cable), you must drill the valve seat base with a 4.5mm drill bit down to the bottom of the exhaust port.

To carry out this operation, you can use the gasket included in the kit as a template. Highly recommended for those looking to improve engine feel and response at low and mid-range.
