Shock absorber front Malossi RS24 for Piaggio ZIP SP / SP2, Quartz or Vespa.

High Tech Shock absorber from Paioli for models fitted with a front shock absorber instead of a telescopic fork.

The spring tension is adjustable and the tension level (speed at which the spring must be compressed) is also variable.

Features:

• Piston Ø 36 mm with two independent compression and rebound control reeds systems; harmonic steel reed system with leaf-spring configuration.
• LUBRIFLON - PTFE B70 type piston guide shoe.
• Sliding on a DU guide track (compound obtained by synthesizing a layer of spheroidal bronze on a suitably pressed steel hinge, with subsequent impregnations and additions of a PTFE+PB mixture).
• Wiper ring in polyester resin SEAL THANE grade 9345.
• 14mm shock absorber shaft in steel alloy 38NDC4 enriched with a hard chrome deposit with a thickness of 25/30 micron (surface hardness of the untreated shaft HRC 55 / 60)
