Front Shock absorber Malossi RS24 for Piaggio ZIP SP / SP2, Quartz or Vespa.

High Tech Shock absorber tube from Paioli for models that use a front shock absorber instead of a telescopic fork.

The spring tension is adjustable and the tension level (the speed at which the spring must be compressed) is also variable.

Features:

• Piston Ø 36 mm with two independent reeds systems for compression and extension control; laminar system in harmonic steel with leaf spring configuration.
• Piston guide shoe of the type LUBRIFLON - PTFE B70.
• Sliding on DU guide track (compound obtained by sintering a layer of spheroidal bronze on a steel hinge, properly pressed and with subsequent impregnations and additions of a mixture of PTFE+PB).
• Scraper ring in polyester resin SEAL THANE grade 9345.
• Shock absorber shaft of 14mm in steel with 38NDC4 alloy enriched with a hard chrome deposit of a thickness of 25/30 micron (untreated shaft surface hardness HRC 55 / 60)
