Anti-rust treatment and tank protection Tapox

FERTAN tank restoration kit for metal tanks, a complete solution for removing rust, dirt, and fuel residues and restoring the inside of the tank. It is designed for tanks of up to 25 liters on motorcycles and up to 45 liters in cars.

Over time, moisture, oxygen, and condensation can cause corrosion inside the tank, especially when it remains partially filled for long periods. Rust and residues can end up circulating with the fuel and reach the carburetor or injection system, in addition to contributing to the development of leaks.

The FERTAN tank restoration kit brings together in a single set the steps needed to carry out the treatment: interior cleaning, rust treatment, repair of possible leaks, and application of the Tapox 2K coating. The treatment is especially valuable for classic motorcycles, where preserving the original tank is important.

The 2K internal coating creates a protective layer that helps keep the tank insulated and prevent the formation of new corrosion. The kit also includes step-by-step instructions and a video tutorial to make the restoration process easier.
