Bearings and seals Polini crankshaft for Derbi Euro 2 / 3 / 4.

This Polini crankshaft bearing and seal kit is designed for maintenance or rebuilding of the engine crankcase in mopeds and geared motorcycles equipped with Derbi Euro 2, Euro 3 and Euro 4 engines. Developed to replace worn original components, it makes it possible to renew the crankshaft supports and restore proper sealing in the crankcase area.

Replacing the bearings and seals is recommended during a complete engine rebuild or when symptoms such as crankshaft play, abnormal metallic noises, or possible air leaks caused by seal wear are detected. A loss of sealing in this area may affect carburation and the engine’s overall operation.

The kit includes bearings with C4 internal clearance tolerance and a riveted steel cage, suitable for use in 50cc geared engines subjected to high rotational speeds. The seals made of PTFE and FKM offer good resistance to fuels, oils, and demanding operating temperatures, helping to maintain the sealing of the assembly.
