Escape RF50WR Derbi Bidalot
We are pleased to present our new RF50WR exhaust, which accompanies the cylinder of the same name.

This model was designed to be mounted on 50cm3 prototypes, with an RF50WR engine for DERBI Piaggio engines.
As always, Bidalot has worked on a wide range of revolutions, which guarantees high torque at low revs, while maintaining outstanding performance.
This exhaust comes with the new RF50WR silencer, with specific dimensions for the 50cm3 displacement, wrapped in carbon.

The exhaust nozzle has a 4-hole mounting, and its duct has a section evolution, for a perfect fit with the cylinders of the same RF50WR brand.
This exhaust is manufactured as follows:
 AP04 steel sheet 8/10 mm thick, laser cut
-Manual rolling of each cone unit
-Unitary welding of the seam of each cone by TIG welding
-Placement of each cone and tacks by TIG welding
-Welding of the chamber by oxyacetylene.
-Each weld is hammered, so as not to have a weld bead inside the chamber.
 
This exhaust is delivered complete, with the mounting kit, as well as 2 brackets, which must be welded for a perfect fit.
