The Galfer G1054 brake pads serve as replacements for the original ones, as their deceleration properties are identical.

Galfer has developed specific components for each use and type of motorcycle, aiming to offer the best possible performance for all types of riding and for all usage needs.
The main characteristics of the Semi Metallic compound are its effective, adjustable, and progressive braking, a minimal wear and noise rate without "fade" effect, a very effective pad in both dry and wet conditions, and very non-aggressive to the disc.

The correct break-in of the brake pads: is done by a series of gentle brakings, holding the brake lever for 10-15 seconds and then releasing the brake to cool the disc and pads, repeating this action 5 or 6 times.
This achieves a correct thermal cycle and heating, cooling of the system, and subsequently better braking.
