The correct break-in of the brake pads: is done by a series of gentle brakings, holding the brake lever for 10-15 seconds and then releasing the brake to cool the disc and pads, and repeating this action 5 or 6 times.
This achieves a correct thermal cycle of heating and cooling of the system and subsequently better braking.
