Carburettor VM24-512 24mm Mikuni

Carburettor Mikuni VM24-512 24 mm, one of the most widely used carburettors in tuned engine builds due to its ease of adjustment, reliability, and performance across the entire rev range.

If the original carburettor already limits the performance of the build, the Mikuni VM24 makes it possible to increase the air-fuel mixture flow, which, with proper carburetion, helps improve throttle response and make better use of the setup’s full potential.

Unlike a flat-slide carburettor, designed to deliver a more immediate and aggressive response, the round slide of the Mikuni VM offers much more progressive power delivery, stable idling, and easier tuning. For this reason, it remains one of the preferred carburettors both for sporty use and for builds intended for frequent use.

The VM24-512 model features the idle screw on the right-hand side and the mixture screw on the left-hand side, making access easier during adjustment without needing to remove the carburettor in many applications.

Note: Mikuni uses its own components; Dellorto components cannot be used.
