When you start tuning the bike, there comes a point when the original intake starts to become a limitation.

The kit consists of several products, including the well-known Polini CP Ø21 mm carburettor. With its larger diameter and the installation of the shorter intake manifold, they allow the engine to be supplied with a greater flow. This results in quicker throttle response, better engine filling and a different power curve.

It is not simply a matter of fitting a larger carburettor. Polini brings together in one kit the CP 21 mm, the 360° rubber manifold and a higher-flow air filter, so that the entire air intake works together to achieve superior performance.

The 360° manifold allows the carburettor to be positioned to find a suitable installation position, while the higher-flow filter removes part of the restriction that the original system may create.

Carburettor setup:

• Main jet: 100.
• Pilot jet: 40.
• Needle: 14/22.
• Valve: 24x30.
• Atomiser bushing: Ø2.7 mm.

Important: after installation, it is necessary to correctly adjust the carburetion according to the cylinder, exhaust and the rest of the installed components. The supplied setting is a starting point and may require modifications.
