Cylinder made of aluminum without ECU d=77mm for Aprilia and Piaggio 300cc Polini.

The Polini cylinder with a 77mm diameter increases displacement from the original 278cc to 294cc, significantly improving power delivery throughout the entire rev range. This kit features a steel liner with a Nicasil coating and the exclusive HTR ring (High Turbulence Ring), designed to enhance the squish effect and provide a larger support surface for the cylinder head gasket, helping to prevent sealing losses.

The piston of this Polini cylinder has an oversized skirt to withstand the connecting rod's lateral forces, optimizing guidance. It is installed directly on the original crankcase without the need to make mechanical modifications to the engine of your Vespa GTS 300 or Piaggio Beverly 300.

For correct operation of the injection system and to avoid internal engine damage, it is mandatory to install the additional Polini Smart Map control unit (part number 171.0100) together with its specific wiring, which are sold separately.
