Cylinder kit without control unit Polini for Piaggio 300cc Euro3 and Euro4 engines.

Basing itself on the technology used in its competition engines, Polini has designed this thermal group, which becomes a reference in the development of the Piaggio 300 engine.

Specifications:

• Cylinder: manufactured with a special steel liner, with Nicasil coating, and an HTR ring. Thanks to this, it has been possible to increase the diameter to 77mm and increase the displacement to 294cm3, compared to the original which is 278cm3.
• Piston: It has an especially large skirt to withstand the lateral forces generated by the connecting rod. The combustion chamber of the piston head has been created to have an optimal compression ratio.
• Control unit: It has two curves for different types of setup. The first is designed to be used with a modified variator and original exhaust, and the second to be used with modified variator and exhaust.

It is installed without problems, no modification to the crankcase or cylinder head is necessary.

The control unit is plug&play, meaning it connects to the original wiring without issue.
