Clutch bell thermal anti-explosion from the manufacturer Malossi with a diameter of 125mm for Honda SH/PCX 125/150.

The thermal anti-explosion clutch bells are equipped with a reinforcement ring with fins to better dissipate the heat that is mainly produced at start-up and when the vehicle accelerates from low speeds.

This is a technological innovation derived from research carried out in the field of scooter competitions.

It is based on the following principle:

• The larger radial surface significantly reduces the working temperature of the bell, considerably increasing the lifespan of the clutch assembly.
• The clutch assembly is highly stressed in urban journeys, during standing starts and when exiting tight corners with two people on board.

Therefore, to safeguard the clutch, Malossi has developed the Maxi Wing Clutch Bell.

It should not be forgotten that the reinforcement ring with fins is in itself an anti-explosion element, as it has been designed to withstand the high rotational speeds imposed by sporty riding, especially if the engine has been tuned, bearing in mind that centrifugal force increases with the square of the revolutions.
