Wave Clutch "for race" Vespa Primavera/PK/FL Polini

Polini surprises us with its new Wave clutch. This features a spring that, thanks to its honeycomb structure, guarantees excellent flatness on the clutch's thrust surfaces and withstands high loads of up to 200 kg.

As standard, the Polini wave spring comes preset for a load of 80 kg, which can be modified thanks to the adjustment washers included in the kit, allowing the load to be varied up to 200 kg.

The spring is perfectly housed in the clutch hub and the intermediate discs are made of nitrided steel.

The EVOLUTION clutch (230.0503) is composed of 4 discs of steel coated with high-performance sintered friction material (1.9 mm thick) and three steel discs (1 mm thick), and its installation is recommended for tuned engines with more than 15 HP. Includes 3 adjustment/preload washers.

The FOR RACE clutch (230.0502) consists of 4 steel discs coated with cork friction material (1.9mm thick) and 3 steel discs (1mm thick), and its installation is recommended for original or tuned engines up to 15 HP. Includes 2 adjustment/preload washers.

125/130cc 11/13hp 24-61R spring only

135cc 22/25hp 27-69R + 1 mm

135cc 22/25hp 24-72R + 2 mm

150cc 30/34hp 27-69 + 2.5 mm and it is mandatory to install FL type cover 170.0307 / 170.0308  with reduction gear.
