Carter Racing 100cc Minarelli AM6 from the manufacturer TPR Factory.

What really sets these crankcases apart is their extraordinary lightness; they are made of cast aluminium, considerably reducing the weight compared to the original ones. They must be installed with 47mm stroke crankshafts and d.52mm 100cc cylinders.

The intake has been reworked to provide greater flow and improve the venturi effect, achieving better performance from low RPM and increasing the speed of RPM rise.

These crankcases are fully compatible with the vast majority of original components, such as the gearbox, clutch, ignition, and transmission. The ignition and clutch covers, as well as the water pump, can also be adapted. However, we recommend replacing and reinforcing everything with other components.

On the other hand, we advise installing an electric water pump for better cooling, since these engines operate at very high temperatures.
