Description
Crankshaft Stage6 R/T 100FL Stroke 47mm, Connecting rod 100mm for Malossi C-One and RC-One crankcase.
Crankshaft designed exclusively for the Cylinder Stage6 R/T 100cc FLR to make the most of its maximum power.
Unlike conventional crankshafts, the lower pin of the Stage6 R/T crankshaft is 20 mm. The lower bearing of the connecting rod was correspondingly chosen to be larger. This results in the cheek pressure being much stiffer and the entire crankshaft is much more durable at maximum power above 40hp and especially in circuit use.
Of course, special attention was also paid to the design and balancing of the crankshaft, especially for use with the RT100cc cylinder.
Technical features:
- High-end balancing using six high-density tungsten inserts (17.6 g/cm3) and ultralight connecting rod (less than 80 g).
- Notable increase in power both in the low and high rpm range.
- All Stage6 R/T crankshafts are checked for runout within a maximum of 0.02 mm to minimize vibrations as much as possible.
- Hot-forged shafts made of case-hardened steel 18 Ni Cr Mo5.
- Thread rolling by cold forming (not cutting) for greater durability.
- Heat treatments with controlled HRC (hardness) on shafts.
- Double hardening cycle for the connecting rod, also with controlled hardness.
- CNC-machined connecting rod with final quality check.
- Perfect surface finish by grinding and lapping for greater reliability with 100% dimensional stability.
- Connecting rod small end bearing HQ silver, designed for high speeds.
Dimensions:
- Connecting rod 20mm x 41mm.
- Stroke 47 mm.
- Connecting rod 100 mm (piston pin from 12 to 14 mm depending on the bearing)
- Connecting rod diameter: 79 mm.
- Weight: 1.8kg
Attention: All crankshafts are coated with a thick layer of oil for protection. They must be thoroughly cleaned with fuel before assembly.
Attention! Balancing checks must be carried out before installing in the engine, since manufacturers deny warranty for any balancing fault found after assembly.
