Crankshaft Stage R/T Piaggio scooter racing 44mm connecting rod 85mm

Now available, the Stage6 R/T long connecting rod crankshaft with a 85mm rod and 44mm stroke! Like all Stage6 R/T crankshafts, the 44mm stroke version is also optimized to improve gas flow and meet the toughest competition demands.

The Stage6 R/T crankshaft stands out for its forged 85mm connecting rod, a reinforced 18mm connecting rod pin, silver thrust washers, and a silver Torrington needle cage. Since the shaft on the variator side has a thicker 16mm diameter, this crankshaft must be combined with a Stage6 Oversize, Malossi MHR Overrange, or Polini Evolution variator.

The shipment includes two needle cages, which allows the installation of pistons with 12mm and 13mm pins.
The new Stage6 R/T crankshaft with 85mm rod and 44mm stroke is not only the ideal crankshaft for the new Stage6 R/T Big Bore cylinders, but also a true alternative to the expensive Malossi MHR BigBore crankshafts.

NOTE: For Piaggio engines, a special 20mm seal must be installed, which is included in the kit!!!

NOTE! To use this crankshaft, it is mandatory to install a lightened flywheel or rotor; using any other type of flywheel may affect the crankshaft and completely voids the warranty, as its use is exclusively for competition.

Attention! Balancing checks must be carried out before installing in the engine, since manufacturers deny warranty for any balancing fault found after installation.
