The connecting rod is pre-pressed with main bearings and connecting rod. The GY6 engines come factory-equipped with 2 different versions of connecting rod. The only difference is the drive gear for the oil pump on the right side. The old version, installed in almost all vehicles, has a 16-tooth gear. The new version has 22 teeth and is used, for example, in: Rex models.
