Crankshaft MHR Team stroke 47mm pin 14mm and Connecting rod 100mm Malossi for Piaggio scooter 50 2T.

Crankshaft designed for the 100cc cylinder, is produced from two special forged and machined steel shafts, subjected to a thermochemical process of carburizing, tempering, and sub-zero cooling in nitrogen. This process provides hardness and strength to the shafts, allowing them to withstand higher RPM and not become as fatigued.

Connecting rod CNC machined from steel, thermochemically treated, achieving exceptional hardness and hardening thickness values, equipped with specific lubrication channels in the most stressed areas.

The balancing of the Crankshaft has been studied and carried out to optimize the performance of high-power engines, and achieves dynamics of up to 16,000 revolutions/min.

The needle cages are manufactured with rollers featuring a special anti-torsion profile.

It should be noted that although it can be installed in other cylinders, Malossi has designed and developed it for its 100cc cylinder with reference 3118679.
