Crankshaft Jasil High Tech Piaggio scooter 50cc

The High-Tech range is the highest of JASIL crankshafts. They have been designed with a closed (solid) body to increase pre-compression in the crankcase. In addition, Jasil has managed to reduce the weight thanks to four aluminium counterweights mounted on the webs. The connecting rod, after machining, is polished and perfectly aligned. This is a crankshaft for prepared Piaggio scooter engines which, thanks to its closed body, reduced weight, and perfect alignment, eliminates vibrations, increases durability and improves engine performance.

When changing the crankshaft, we also recommend replacing the bearings, seals, and engine gaskets.

Attention! Balancing checks must be carried out before installing in the engine, since manufacturers deny warranty for any balancing fault found after installation.
