Cylinder Stage6 Sport Pro MK2 70cc with 12mm pin for China 2-stroke AC engines.

The cylinder was completely redesigned by Stage6. 6 transfers, instead of 5, ensure optimal filling of the cylinder. The oval exhaust was retained, but also optimized. The appearance is based on the pentagonal shape of the R/T cylinders. The cylinder head is a one-piece unit with evacuation channels cast for better heat dissipation. The Piston is a replica of the R/T Piston, with a domed piston crown and a single piston ring 0.8 mm thick to optimize performance and improve thermal stability.

The Sport Pro MK2 Cylinder delivers 2 to 3 hp more power than the MK1, between 17-19 hp, without additional modifications and in combination with the corresponding components.

It is recommended to install this cylinder with a reinforced crankshaft, and a carburettor of at least 21mm.

The kit includes:

• Aluminium Cylinder, 47.6mm diameter.
• Piston with 1 ring and 12mm pin.
• One-piece cylinder head.
• Gasket set.

Attention: The Squish recommended by the manufacturer should be between 0.75 and 0.85. During the running-in period, it is recommended to use a 1:33 mixture to improve robustness and service life.
