Cylinder Sport 50cc MK2 for Derbi Euro 3 and Euro 4 engines from the manufacturer Stage6.

A sporty 50cc cylinder made of aluminium with a high-resistance Nikasil coating. The cylinder was developed for daily use and, therefore, is approved for road use.

In terms of performance, the Sport MKII easily reaches the top among comparable sport models. The shape of the transfers results in good filling and its exhaust with boosters facilitates the exit of gases. The generous distribution degrees (118° - 181°) offer a wide range of use and guarantee optimised engine characteristics and much driving pleasure in a wide rpm range.

To ensure maximum reliability, Stage6 has opted for a 2-ring piston. The use of 2-ring pistons slightly reduces the performance of the cylinder, but increases the cylinder's lifespan.

To get the most out of this Stage6 MKII Sport 50 cc cylinder, the manufacturer Stage6 recommends combining it with a 21mm carburettor and a Stage6 Streetrace or Voca Rookie exhaust.

The kit includes:

• 50ccm cylinder with 40mm diameter made of aluminium with 5 transfers (intake) and 1 exhaust outlet with boosters.
• 2-ring piston.
• High-compression one-piece aluminium cylinder head
• Gasket set (base and head gaskets)

Attention: If your crankshaft already has more than 5000 km, we recommend replacing it with a new reinforced crankshaft.
